Default what would you do? any recomendations helpful...

i just bought a 04 daytona blue 350z roadster enthusiast from brown's nissan fairfax...i love the car but to my suprise i found 1 pin hole and another slightly larger hole on exact opposite sides of my convertible top...this was not disclosed to me at purchase and the guy they recommended did not fix it because one of the holes just recently came undone. the guy charged me $45. i read a post about people getting dealers to order new tops... my car only has 13K miles on it...should this be covered under warranty? if not, can you recommend a product to fix this? thanks.

Yes, this is covered by warrenty, just take it to a Nissan Dealership and they will replace it free of charge. If yoru dealership gives you a hard time call NNA or try taking it to another dealership...

My brother's 2004 Roadster top had the same problem and they replaced it free of charge...

As previously stated, this is a warranty item. Should be handled without a hassel from dealer.

Don't cave in, don't relent till you get a new top. They are obligated to replace your top.
