I have a 2004 350 ZR and a few months ago my CD player quit on me. I took it to the dealer and they told me they would replace it. It took like 2-3 months and they kept telling me it was backordered. They finally got a replacement last week and so I had the radio replaced today and its a used one. The power label is scratched nearly off and some of the other buttons look worn. I didn't know until I got the car back and looked at the radio. I talked to the parts department and they told me it was an exchange. I told the guy I wasn't satisfied. Anyone else had an experience like this with their radio? I know for 2006 the Bose is different.
