Where exactly is the location of the 5th bow?

 

I have a '05 ZR and just this past month started with same issues with my top. I've had it just over 37 months now, just under 30K miles. It started with the 5th bow sounding weak & tired once in a while. It actually stopped a couple of times in the last phase of the top up, where the glass section closes down on the deck. I found a TSB about that on the 350zwiki site (http://www.*********.com/zwiki/TSB_0...Will_Not_Close). Now my top is up, but won't open. When I hit my button, I can hear the click of the rear lock disengaging, but no motion or noise from the top motor. It goes to the dealer on Monday to see what's up, but from the posts here sounds like it's another 5th bow motor death!

 

What this tread is ruining my day! I just got a used 04 that I love!

There's a cover just under the base of the rear window. It's attached to the top and not the tonneau. Inside there is the 5th bow unit.
