Default Roadster with an aggressive look

I was looking at roadster pictures and i'm beggining to think the roadster doesn't look good with an aggressive look. I use to have a the V1 kit & polished SSR wheels. I just sold everything and once everything gets in the mail i'll have a black wheels & accents, new bumper, & carbon fiber hood. I'm starting to wonder if the roadster looks good with that kind of look. I love how the coupes look with that style though. What do you guys think on the subject?

I think a roadster can look aggressive with the right mods.

I guess it depends on what you consider aggressive. I have just finished installing a Seibon carbon fiber Tonneau and trunk, and I was surprised how incredibly good my 2007 roadster looked after the install. I really need to buy me a CF hood to match the rest of the car. Also, I will be adding a Nismo version 3 front bumper, USDM sides, and Nismo wingletts or a Chargespeed rear bumper with CF diffuser. For the wheels, I want the Nismo Rays. In my opinion the Z roadster can still be aggressive and still look incredibly good.

I know what you mean. As an example, I tried putting canards on my V2 bumper. I love how they look on a coupe, but on my roadster they just looked kinda goofy!

A coupe owner with a Seibon TS hood told he, thinks that hood gives the Z a more aggressive look on the Roadster than the Coupe. I have to agree. Something about drop top and that hood looks amazing.

I think the Roadster can look aggressive with the right mods as well. It all depends on what you perceive as aggressive or not.

I agree. more and more roadsters are getting mods and they look damn good. the thing is that the coupe is more common but when a roadster shows up with mods... game over

One last thing... everything is in the eye of the "beer" holder... hahahaha

I do agree that a good looking roadster will trump a coupe any day of the week. I see it at the local Z meets.

Certain cars can pull off an aggressive look.

Romey's vert is one.

My car with a Top Secret widebody. I think adding eyelids makes the car look a lot more aggressive. My car is not carbon anything however I think with the body kit and eyelids it works.

no offence to those that posted pics but in my eyes they aren't aggressive at all. They are beautiful & show quality but not aggressive. if i saw your car on the street i would think "wow, that looks nice" not "wow, that car looks mean." Like mentioned above, everyone has thier own opinion on whats aggressive or mean looking. I tend to think the simple designs look a lot more aggressive. The roadsters i've seen are extreme show or classy looking (wild paint, large body kits, big wheels, alot of shine). Thats why i asked if anyone had pics of roadsters they think look aggressive. i've yet to see one.

Here are a few pics of coupes from the site that "i think" look mean (if you are offended that i used your pics just say something and i'll take them down). I would love to see some roadsters with this same style/look.

Swifty - You don't seem like the type of guy that would second
guess himself. Your redline was easily one of my favorite roadsters
on the net, and easily my favorite FL conv. I am sorry I didn't get
to see it in person. It sounds like you're gonna be fine. Good taste
goes a long way, and you did great the first time around. I am
gonna get roasted for my new look, so you need not be concerned.
