Maybe they SHOULD take care of it for me, but I know they WON'T. I already have to work out the problems with the top & a missing key. Grr, this is why I hate buying used. It's always a hastle for me. As you can tell, I'm not good at this.

It's an add-on that fits in the center compartment/arm rest. It is removable, so if you don't have one there, it was probably removed.
