Default Nismo

Just a note - OK if this gets moved - but I got a Nismo exhaust installed today. Very nice - love the sound. Only lived with it a short time on the drive home from the dealer - and I had the top up - but love the that it sounds much deeper to me. Warmer weather is on the way - can't wait for some top down drives to fully enjoy it in surround sound

Not sure who said the Nismo was quieter than stock <3k rpms, but no freaking way. I'm actually a little surprised at the sound - a bit more than I thought - I'm OK with that

I have the Nismo with pop charger. Love the way it sounds. Its only loud when you got your foot in it. Which can cause some stares when taking off from a stop light.

I heard the nismo with test pipes. Sounds amazing. I love the way my RSR is though. I am hopefully putting on my berk test pipes this weekend so we'll see what happens.

I've got the Berk HFCs with Nismo exhaust and flat out love it. Not to bad at all at lower rpm and kinda stockish sound, but get on it and fall in love every time.

Agree - but kind-of surprised as to how loud it is in the 2k to 3k range with mild acceleration. Plus - put your foot in it and it's real sweet!

I've still got the completely stock intake - will be doing K&N drop-in filter this weekend - and 5/16" MD Spacer soon. Then - I'm done for a while - I think

That's a good question I would also like to know the answer too...I think it just means the car was produced mid 2006.

Wow - I really have never heard of it - but 06.5 got the 'advanced airbag system' according to some of the info I just read. I'll have to check mine out in the morning - but it was assembled very late in '06, so I'm guessing it's a 06.5 - gonna have to update my sig once verified - lol
