350z roadster
HI I just had a brand new roof put on my 350z has anyone ever had a problem with the windows rubbing the roof and causing damage I have had the window motors reset and adjusted and they were good for 1 day only
could some please let me know as my insurance company is pulling there hair out

It's not the windows that will rub on the roof to cause damage - it's the bow assembly screws that run along the top of the bar. The elastic straps connecting the bow rods eventually lose their tension and rub holes in the roof gradually.
Unfortunately, the only fix Nissan has come up with is that the elastic straps need to be sewn over and double stitched to help prevent this. There is also a Nissan TSB out for this fix - make sure your dealer knows about it.
