20" Rims, Should I or not...
Hey guys. i guess because of the time of night I may not get the quick response I'm looking for. But all are welcomed.
I have an opportunity to pick up some 20" rims with tires for my GT ZR tomorrow. This is my problem. I drove the car that they are currently on and found the tires make a lot of road noise. Not the biggest problem but not too cool to me. I also would be sacrificing the quailty of the ride I currently have with my rims.
There's more. He wants to trade my rims for his plus money. I not only loose ride quality, gain road noise, loose my TPMS and the 4 month old tires on the stock 18".
Now I do Gain some sick looking 20" rims with 245/front and 285/rear with a badass chrome lip. I know I can change the tires later to a better quality for a quiet ride. I just can't understand why it's not sitting well with me.
What do you think?

If you want 20s then buy them. I would keep the stock wheels myself incase you sell or don't want the rims anymore then you can always go back to your stock wheels. 20" wheels are hella cheap (much cheaper than 19s for some reason) so I wouldn't be trading them myself.
Also maybe what brand they are and pics would help us. If you have regular 18" wheels (not the Rays) then I would consider it because you can buy the 18's with tires pretty cheap too.
