well, insurance is still currently negotiating everything. i'll let you guys know what happens soon. i was on the phone with an agent from farmer's and he told me that he drives a 350z too. i wonder if hes on the forums?

Sad to say but I think you'll be found guilty. Passing on the right in a parking lot is illegal & passing in a parking lot is illegal. The guy in front of you had thr right of way and you messed up. Dont feel bad, everyone messes up all the time

 

best of luck man... back when i used to have my GSX i had just gone done detailing it getting ready for a photoshoot, on the way there, some dumbass girl infront of me moved to the left to turn and realized it was a dirt lot and not a road and last minute swerved back into my lane hittin my rear panel and denting the crap out of it as well has damaging my rim and leaving long scrapes. she knew she was at fault and offered to pay outta pocket since her car was beat up from numerous accidents... turns out even though i was in the lane and she wasnt, they considered me "passing on the right" which is illegal... once she heard that she wanted me to fix her old dented to hell camry (from previous collisions) meanwhile im sitting their with my GSX that had over 12 grand invested in it ... yea, she started singing a different tune once she found out that i was liable even though she was at fault and openly admitted to me and the cop. i told her to go fnck herself and sold the car a few weeks later...

i have a feeling the insurance may blame u for this....
