Default convertible top problem.

hey guys, this is my first post, I just picked up a 04 convertible 350z, and the top went 4/5 of the way down, then I closed it, and now it won't even try to open, the windows dont go down or anything. any solutions?

Look up, there is a forum dedicated to the roadster and there are a few threads regarding the top.

it narrows down to like 2 things generally, wither a motor is old and blown OR your gears are not aligned properly

Check your owner's manual. It recommends that you do not operate the top below a certain temperature.
