I posted this in the "pinhole" thread but thought I should post a new one for this topic.

I have recently discovered that my driver's side headrest is bulging. This is happening because I have the seat pushed back and reclined as far as it can go causing pressure on this part of the rollbar piece.

This is only noticable with the top down and only occuring in the driver's side (due to the fact that the passenger side is not reclined all the way).

I have contacted the service manager of my dealer and sent him pictures of this probelm as well as the pinhole problem and am awaiting a reponse.

He said that to his knowledge this is the first complaint he's received regarding the roadster (for either the pinhole or headrest probelm).

I can see what you are talking about. It looks like it should push back together. Of course the dealer hasn't had many complaints about it yet. How many z roadsters have they sold, or has anybody sold for that matter.

Yeah...i thought i could "pop" it back into place...but no luck...it's buckled beyond a DIY repair.
