Just had my top replaced, the rear seams were coming apart, and this is the upgraded nissan top. the top is a lot tighter than the old one, it was done 2 days ago, it has a good feel to it when you push in the center or by the rear window, just feels tight. is this normal, or do i need to leave it up for a few days for it to stretch?

Yeah that's normal give it time to stretch. Mine was the same way.
