changing parking light bulbs

how do u change the parking lights ( the lights near the headlight bulb) through the wheel well or in the engine bay? thanks

Through the wheel well. Remove the wheel, and the splash shield, then you can get in there. The difficult way is removing the front bumper and then removing the headlamps.
