Wheel fittment question
We just purchased a 350Z Roadster (2006) earlier this year. I also own a 2006 Honda Civic Si sedan that I autocross with. I have a set wheels on my Si which has the same bolt pattern. They are 17x8 with an offset of 40+. I have 225/45/17 BF Goodrich KDWs wrapped around them. My wife's Z has Brembo's with 225/45/18 and 245/45/18 with stock chrome wheels and standard street tires.
Whew... okay. I would like to run the Z on a few fun runs this season, but I would prefer to avoid running on her stock setups. If the Si's setup will fit for one or two fun run's this season that would be great. Otherwise I will have to put off racing the Z until we get a separate rim/tire setup.

You need to realize that you're asking if wheels and tires suited for a FWD car can be placed on a RWD car which is the biggest issue

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

Test fit them, they will probably work. Ideal, NO , work, YES.

They are aftermarket rims, so I have to use centric rings even for my Si. If the clearance was there then it would be just a matter of getting the centric rings to match it up with. So my main concern was the Brembos. I could always mount them and see if they rotate freely but figured it would best to ask first. Definitely nothing would stay on the vehicle. Just something enough to make one fun run.
