You can look underneath and you will see a medal bar, this restricts your car from accelerating quicker. 1.) take off the whole gas pedal with a few screws. 2.remove the governor by using a metal hand saw tp cut it off, and When removing it, be careful to put it back exactly how you took it off. Here you are folks. now you can pedal to the metal aaallll the wayyy.

You didn't answer the questions you posted. I'd be willing to bet there is no difference. That is just the pedal stop and Nissan is already using the full range of the input from the pedal.
