That doesn't look "right" on a roadster, just my opinion.

Sorry- leave the V3 spoiler off your ZR. It just doesn't work on a roadster IMHO.

dkmura is a very smart guy when it comes to the Z and definitely one who I would value his opinion but in this case I think I would want to see the v3 photo shopped picture directly from the back with and without the top up. From the side it looks ok to me--definitely better than the v1.

When it comes to putting parts on your car, the only opinion that matters is your own.

True, but its good to get other opinions to keep oneself in check.

Yes, Resmarted gives good advice--your opinion is the only one that matters at the end of the day.

That being said, I'm not sure I like the v2....so if you're still considering other options you might look at the Greddy GT 350Z Wing, not sure if it's available but it might big enough to balance out the rear bumper while not being too tall. However, the more I look at your photo shopped pics though, for me the v3 works and it keeps your theme intact which seems to me like it's pretty important to you. Deciding if the Nismo theme is the be all/end all for you probably answers your question.

Here is an MSPaint of the top up:

I used an actual Nismo bottom and cropped the top of a roadster and blended it.

Getting the top working is high priority. I discovered when i changed my seats that I need a white controller box from the original seats in order to allow the top to work. Also I may need to replace the brushes in the 5th bow motor.

In the meantime, Ive always liked the oem nismo spoiler, I have a feeling it would look better than the photochopped pics.

Still waiting for my Nismo door panels, 06 plus center console and shift console and climate controls and my OEM Nismo suspension. Still dealing with a seller of original Nismo Autech frame dampeners before they are shipped.

I paid for the Autech Nismo frame dampeners so supposedly these will be on their way.

Lol I think it actually balances out the long nose and the diffuser so I'm with you. It's your money and car so don't listen to what other people think.

Also I think all will look good if you go slightly lower. May be a minority on that...

Half the people who aren't feeling it, don't even have roadsters.

Um, ZR here. Not at all sleek, just weight. But then I like minimalist. 02.

Why I said half. Trav doesn't even have a Z any more.

I think for this car (with the v3 kit) it works.

I personally dont like the nismo picnic bench rear fascia or the spoiler, but to each his own.

As long as the OP digs it that's all that counts. At least it looks well put together fit and finish-wise
