Just keep the top down. Then all you have to clean is the interior. Much easier than cleaning the top...

As I have a coupe I haven't looked at the Zed Roadster but I did have an MX-5 for 9 years. Is it a vinyl or cloth material? Glass or plastic window?

Assuming vinyl just wash it with the same shampoo as you use for the rest of the car. For finishing I recommend Meguiars vinyl protectant. Use it sparingly. In fact if at all possible get the wipes and use those as any excess will run off when it rains and streak the paint.

If a plastic rear window again use the same shampoo but make sure you hose it down well first as it'll scratch easily. Meguiars Clear Plastic Cleaner and Clear Plastic Polish should be used as required.

If cloth I'm not so sure but probably the same minus the vinyl protectant.

I would second the Ragtop. I use it and it is highly reccommended by Autotopia.com it really protects the top. BTW the top is canvas.
