First, have you had an independent assessment done of the '09 GT-R? The early examples of the R35--while affordable--had several weaknesses that were addressed in subsequent developments. The cost of unforeseen repairs could make this a nightmarish purchase.
Second, and assuming the car is sound, do you have a budget set aside for maintaining it? Tires and brakes will run a couple thousand, even if you are trying to DIY. The GT-R may also require periodic dealer service, which can run into sums that we lowly Z33 owners never imagine.

Considering you can pick up an 04 ZR for about the price of a new set of GTR wheels with tires ( and maybe a set of seats if your lucky) I wouldn't consider buying the gtr if you cant afford to pay in cash and you have another recently new car you call a daily driver.
Just my thoughts.

As dkmura mentions the first edition of the R35 had some issues that could cost you plenty. I'd be tempted to save a bit more and go for a later version where these issue had been ironed out. It may take longer but you'll end up with a more solid dependable ride.

Have you even driven one? You might actually hate it and if you aren't willing to go to jail you won't use the power it has. I went to buy an air cooled 911 but hated it, same with a Lotus, same with a Z3 coupe. I'm beyond buying something because of it's spec sheet. Try it before you spend any more time or effort.
