<br />Well right now, everything is stock. At some point, its going to have a lot of performance mods done to it. So right now i feel like i want a stiffer ride, and lowered(like dude said swag points🤘 lol. But really something thats pretty adjustable.

On a Z, you have the option to get true coilovers in the rear, or coils that use the stock spring bucket.
Keep in mind that if you want to do the job right, you should also get rear toe rods and rear camber arms.

I've only used BC coilovers. Both their BR and DS. The DS (formerly DR) is noticeably better than the BR.

Some kits come like this and are considered true coil overs,
Others come like this and retain the separate shock/spring combo.
I'm a fan of true coil overs.

To which you have no use. You just want them. Learning and wanting to be a hot boy like the kool kids on instagram are two different things lol
You’ll learn the difference when you actually start REALLY learning cars and asking REAL questions to do stuff your self. Not just trying to get quick and simple answers to jump in head first into things cause other people do it.
I was like you as well, about 13 years ago when I got my first car and DL too. Also I’m not “giving you sht” more than I’m just judging your life choices as we all did before we knew better.

They're the only coils i've used on my cars. I love that even on their most inexpensive line (BR Type), you can adjust the ride height without adjusting the preload. Many coilovers require you to adjust the ride height by compressing the spring. Although these days it's said that the stiffness of the spring isn't changed due to it's compression, it's still a nice feature to have.
Long story short, without any experience of using other coils, I feel that they equivalent to coil-overs priced $500 more expensive.
On my daily (BRZ), I have the BR coils and I have the DS on my Z, which is a dedicated drift car.
If you're going to daily this car at all, I would just go for the most comfortable set up you can find. Here in LA, the roads are such **** that I was I were on stock suspension.

Stance! I run stance XR1s custom valved with Swift 16K/10K springs. Other great ones are KW which I believe a member is selling on here, HKS hipermax, AST, motons, and tokico shocks with swift springs.
