Do they roadsters have softer suspension than the coupe and by how much? The coupe ride is quite harsh and the roadsters seem to have nicer ride. Can anyone confirm that?

 

I test drove both and I now own a '04 roadster. I thought the roadster was definitely softer than the coupe that I drove. It could be the extra weight of the roadster or the type of wheels. In my opinion the 17" wheels allow for a tire with a little more sidewall which can also soften the ride. The coupe was too bouncy for me and the roadster was perfect for cruisin' but still firm enough to stay solid through tight turns at speed.
