atlien, the easiest way to post pics is to click on the "browse" next to the attach file area.... then just find your pic and click on it. it will be attached to your post.

btw, if you do it that way, the pics cannot be larger than 640x480. you can also get the pic from a hosted website, but i dont really understand that way too much.
