Unhappy Top rubbing passenger seat

Has anyone else noticed their top rubbing the passenger seat while being put up or down?

Does your passenger seat move forward when raising and lowering the roof? If not there is a button on the back of the seat that turns this feature on and off. I've never noticed it rub the seat, then again my seat moves forward all the time..

My seat does move forward before/after top movement. It is at the point where the seat has moved forward that the top rubs the seat.

After looking closer tonight on the way home, mine does rub too after the seat moves. it seems to hit at the section right above the window as it folds up. I never noticed it before.
I wonder if it has anything to do with the top being replaced. Mine was just finished last night. Did you ever have your top replaced or what was the build date of your car?

yeah, that was the problem with mine too. my head rest was not in the full down position. after that, no more rubbing.

Unfortunately, I have no headrest to move down. I have the Orange mesh seats. This morning I turned off the switch that moves the seat forward. The top doesn't seem to rub the seat now, but it might rub my passengers head

man, i wish i had those mesh seats. those things are so beautiful. they didnt have those yet when i got my car.

i could deal with having passengers with a bald spot on the top of their heads from all the rubbing. it would be a small sacrafice.
