Default Crank position sensor problems Please help

i just put a new motor in this 2006 350z manual i swapped it with a de. when i was pulling the original engine i ripped the crank shaft position sensor wire out on accident. when i went to wire it back in i wired in the positive and signal wire backwards. i get the whole swap done and my car wouldnt run without the crank shaft position sensor unplugged because my fly wheel. so i drop trans and fix flywheel. but i put it back together and start it i get the p0335 code and will only run for 10 mins before dying and wont start back up for awhile. i finally figure out that i had my wires opposite and fix it. it runs perfect for 10 mins. i restart the car and it goes back to running like before i swapped wires so i shut it back off and start it up and again and it starts shitly and then after a second corrects it self to normal. i restart it one more time and it won't run good at all and it dies after 5 mins and now wont even start back up at all. i rewired them mutlple times also swapped cps with my buddys out of his 350z. i've tried to wire directly too the cps prongs incase it was the connector no luck. i'm getting about 10.5 volts to my positive wire and about 3.5 too my signal wire when cranking. I am completely lost on why it's still broke after i swapped the wires. i'm starting to get extremely discouraged and don't know where to even start anymore so any help at all will be greatly appreciated
