Can i take it off without it causing any problems?

Took the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon a little more juice. But it's not exactly street legal, so keep it on the down low.

Ok thanks, I was gonna call the dealership but didnt know if that would be a great idea. Wanted to make sure it wouldn't hurt anything in the long run.

yea but the ones at Talladega don't really look into it that much...They're all about the spoilers

I'll be the nice guy and let you know that there is no restrictor plate on any of these cars. They are used on race cars to limit the amount of air the engines can take in and level the playing field among the racers.
