Get a bigger exhaust. The HKS which is a wonderful system is only 60mm wide. Go for the AAM dual 3", upgraded heads, SSV, fuel system upgrade, etc. and get a good tune since you have pretty much everything you need at this point.
Greddy Kit comes with two 18G turbos i believe and he already has most of those mods you described

+1

Different animals all together. Supras are highway kings, and not typically known for being off-the-line monsters. Yes, there have been plenty of sub 10sec Supras out there, but where they really shine is on the loooooong straits from a nice 80mph roll.

In any case, 600+whp is nasty fast in any car. Setting big goals for monster whp levels is something you should carefully think about if you ever intend on driving the car on the streets.

An 800hp Z is crazy! From personal experience, Just riding in AJ's car, and Jet's car back in the day was rediculous. I believe they were both making about 450hp or so and no traction. But good luck to ya.

If you end up doing it, might want to purchase one of these.

450 seems low for your setup. I would assume much closer to 500 esp on a dynojet

My shop suggested the Extreme APS kit and Cosworth or GT Motorsports Heads. I just want to get some opinions from some other people who might have experience with certain products.

Thanks for the help... let me know if you need any more info
you'll need to get rid of the hks and get a bigger exhaust system + JWT cams

at the time when it was tuned I only asked for 450whp so they stopped once they hit my goal. they said the car can make more horsepower as is but since I was happy no need to make anymore power at the time.

If I had the goal of 800 whp, here would be my plan of attack given where you are now with the car:

I think the best bang for the buck would be to change the exhaust. 2.25" even though true dual might not be flowing well enough. If you really like the HKS, then you can install electronic cut outs up top (pre-cat) and I'll bet you'll get a 50 whp jump right there.at 15 psi and the curve will look dramatically different.

The next best bang for the buck, which you'll need after your exhaust mod, which is why I mention it 2nd, is another tune. You said yourself that they stopped at your power goal. You don't know how much power your engine can make yet, but I bet with exhaust cut outs and an aggressive tune w/ the FCON you can get into the 600 whp range.

A small helpful next step might be to add water/meth injection considering you're in a hot location. You can be more aggressive with the tune if you've got some extra cooling going on, triggered automatically by your FCON.

Finally, to get you to 800 whp, the best bang for the buck (notice the theme!) IMO would be to add a nitrous shot (150 hp). And voila, you're there for less than $3k total added expense.

EDIT: good luck controlling that beast!

+1 on this guy's advice, except i would suggest the boost actuated cutout offered by atpturbo. I had these on my old car and they are cool as hell. The actuator can be controlled by a boost controller.
