Sure anybody with special/unique build (N/A or Nitrious) can sign up! Its open to pretty much everybody Z/G. A few spots are open for N/A cars and Nitrious cars.

I'm out of the spectators list, I won't be there early enough Thursday

 

Ok guys. Sorry I've been holding off on replying to this. I've had some doubts that have been keeping me from confirming on this, so I have just been sitting on the fence with it.

1) The majority of the people I wanted to run with dropped out.

2) I don't know if my car will be running like I want it by then. Also, I need to address a suspension problem and get tires as well, so I'm hoping my car is even safe to take to 140+ by then (I need coilovers). This is still up in the air pending some results to some work thats being done.

3) It's on a Thursday. I hadn't even planned on arriving at Fontana until Thursday night. I'll have to see if I can change my reservations if I want to come.

When is the deadline for money to be turned in for this now?

 

Every issue I have with running Craig basically summed up. I'm a little disappointed that a lot of the "big dogs" dropped out.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that while some have dropped out and some have yet to confirm (not the same thing), the biggest/fastest builds will still be there

[and no, not talking about myself - I'm much too modest ]

Taurran makes a good point about the Thu date switch though. 4 hours starting at 2 pm Thu would allow most to travel the same day and not change reservations to the night before. I think in May it's light till about 8 pm.

 

I didn't want to run anything ridiculously high powered. I mostly wanted to run some of the guys that were in the 550-650whp range.

 

I'd like to see some other wild builds...yall advertised this on any Supra/Vette/Cobra/etc forums?

 

i dunno, i sorta lost a little enthusiasm for it after Alberto and ETG dropped out. Thats a race I'd like to see.
