Its from an 03.
Call the dealer or search Courtesy Parts online to see if they are the same part number as a newer model. No idea and for $10 its not worth my time to do the research.

It will have to be reprogrammed by the dealer for your vehicle regardless.
Also will need a new battery most likely, even though its never been used. Its still 9 years old.

 

Pretty sure it doesn't have to be reprogrammed by a dealer. Just search "programming key fob 350z" and you can find directions. Very simple to do and takes less than 5 minutes. GLWS OP
