i've always pronounce nguyen as "when".

 

All words in Viet Nam, no matter how long it is, is always one sylabol, thats why Nguyen is pronouce Win or When

OK, this sounds like it's going to taste like sh*t but believe me it is awesome! Just don't "unwrap" the duck as well.....it looks like a small baby duck that has no business being eaten. I made the mistake of doing this once and it's kept me away since. But aside from the nasty appearance it does taste very very good. Saw them eating it on Fear Factor once and I was like hell, just give me a little salt and I'll eat all of them for $

 

That is the bomb... I love it. Crack the blunt side of the egg, peel off some of the shell and sprinkle some salt & pepper on it and drink the broth. Then using a teaspoon carefully pry out the fetus, sprinkle alittle more salt & pepper on it and consume. What is left is the yoke, some more salt and pepper and you're done. LOL. I know that sounds a gross but I was raised on that kind of stuff. I use to show my friends everytime my parents bought some and it totally grossed them out. but you gotta try it. it's really good.

 

I'll try...but instead of salt and pepper, I'm gonna use MSG and it better turn into a bowl of Pho! Yeah, my mom and sisters eats it. I tried the borth once and it was good but the visual and idea of a chicken fetus in there gets me.
