Default ? for people with lots of bass (3rd brake light rattle)

I just spent the past few hours dynamatting but the one rattle I do have left, other than the hatch which I'm doing tomorrow, is the third brake light. I have a jl 1000/1 powering 2 10w7's and when I turn em up the third brake light vibrates, rattlng hard off the glass. Has anyone done anything to combat this? I need to figure something out because it is annoying. I know I'm not the only one who has had this problem. So post away, what have you done to fix this?
Thanks

I'm thinking of trying to rig up some kid of padding type thing out of some dense foam. I will have a solution by the end of the day tomorrow!

I removed the plastic shield/shade and unplugged the brake light. I'm guessing the plasic piece is there to stop the reflection off of the glass, so the whole glass doesn't turn red. In time, other pieces will start to ratlle. It always does, just something to live with or you can turn up the volume.

I had a similar problem with my Civic. I shoved pieces of weather stripping between the glass and the plastic. Ghetto kludge, but it sort of worked. I used it to stop license rattle too.

I had the issue with a Strut mount sub and fixed it with small pieces of neopreneand a touch of 3M 77 adhesive. Since I switched Sub locations this is no longer a rattle spot though.
