AudioLink PD4 or PAC AOEM ?

I'm trying to reduce the hiss from the stock Bose/NAV hu, which would be the better solution ?

Current setup:

JL Audio XR-650CSi
JL Audio XR-650CXi
JL Audio 450/4
Infinity Basslink

I've turned them down as far as possible, still getting the hissing sound.
