Not worth it. Only place I back in is the garage. For that I use the brake light test. The larger the light appears on the wall the closer I am to it! LOL
It sounds silly but works really well.

Not for my Z but I might get something like that for my wifes Pathfinder, she's a teacher and middle school parking lots are a nightmare.

Shouldn't the display go at the back window? Does this product assume you no longer need to look behind you when you back up? Just wondering, in the pics it is up on the dash.

There is a 911 that parks near me that has something like this on the front too, I only noticed because he is always one inch from the wall and one day he was in backward and I saw the sensors.

I would think about it, but without the display. It was most useful in my Jag S-type, with just an audible beep that would get faster the closer you got to any object.

Don't you have rear camera already??? LOL

Oh well, I love gadgets myself . I was also thinking of this but I personally don't think I'll ever use it. I'm assuming this will be on your new kit, right? Can't wait to see your setup .

Yeah, from the directions it sounds like it gets it's power from the reverse lites themselves.

instead of install in the rear bumper, i will install one sensor on each side (near the wheel). That way, i WILL NOT curb my rim again. ehhehehe

i talked to an older buddy of mine and he said the cars in the 70's all had em.. basically when ur parking, when those things hit the curb they resonate or something through the body frame so u can "feel" the curb before ur wheels do..
