nice work so far

be careful to make sure that the basket of the speaker will not be hitting the inside lip of the stock bracket. To get around this you may have to rotate the speaker so that the logo is not vertical like you would want ... kinda killing the whole "cool" look of this stealth install.

just a heads up,
jim

its gonna be a half stealth in stail... that ring thing might get a little shorter and if any thing doesnt fit right ill just cut it. i love to use my dremal a little too much.
i think im gonna make my own cover for it or maybe just have the speaker exsposed but still look clean

as far as air space i still need to check my subs specs for that, but i could still make about 4-5 cubic inches easy proably more.

thanks for all the advice im bound to messup some where.

this is in no way a joke guys ... whats wrong with what he is doing?

This is a cardboard template to make it fit first ... then cut wood for it later.

If the trim around it is done right, this will look great.

Nazar box = $300-500
JL = $400

this one = $40 in wood + glue ... and some personal accomplishment of making somethign yourself.
