i used an alpice head rest monitor in mine. i had to use a drimel on the edges on the sides. but after that it just slid in there.

I switched out my 2004.5 cubby for the 2003 cubby, took off the back of the cubby and strapped the monitor in. The door is a slightly different color so I am planning on pulling both doors apart and switching them, they look the same underneath from what I can tell. While I am at it I may motorize it.

You can get the parts at Performance Nissan
http://mynismo.com/
It should be this finisher
OEM Finisher for Cluster Lid 2003 350Z [68410CD000] $8.95
and this box and lid
OEM Cluster Lid 2003 350Z Non-Nav (68250CD010) = $74.95

This should fit a 7" screen.
