The box is the JL stealthbox and it comes with the two 10inch W3 subs. I'll see if I have time to take some pictures tommorow of the other side.

visionboy: I'm not sure what you mean by kit, can you clarify? Thanks.

I meant dash kit to hold the stereo...Metra? American International? etc? Looks really nice.

I put a picture of my car in the HU background, cool little option that came with the HU As for the dash kit, I threw the bag away, it came in a plastic bag, picked it up at one of my local audio shops for $15. The colors on the label were black and yellow. Sorry I couldn't be of much help, I was too excited installing I didn't bother reading who made it. For my amp, I'm running the JL 500/1 amp, might be selling it soon though.

I'm selling, because I will be going with another set-up. I stuck the amp in the compartment behind the drivers seat, where the stock bose sub fits. Might be able to take pictures later today.

Nice! Good choice on the headunit. I went with the 940mp about 1.5 years ago. It is awesome. I assume your HU has the microphone to record sound in your Z's interior and adjust accordingly? I suggest you do it if you haven't already. Makes a huge difference in SQ.

I installed mine in the center of a brushed aluminum face plate which matches the door handles. Not a good picture, but....

Most importantly, how does it sound? With 10's i imagine it does get that low, but I'm sure you have some tight accurate bass? What type of music do you listen to?

I kept the stock speakers(non-bose), but overall, the sound quality is good. I tuned them a bit with my HU, so it's not all that bad. I listen to a lot of different types of music, mostly R&B, rap/hippop, and christian songs. The bass is nice and low and hits hard if I bump it (lights start to dim) even after I installed my capacitor, but I think I'm going to have to dynamat the rear hatch area. Overall I'm satisfied.

I ran a pioneer AVIC-N1 with a 12 disc changer and a 10W3 in a custom enclosure built to fit partly below the back truck floor (and partly above). Too out the Styrofoam spacer that went next to the spare tire and used that as a model for the fiberglass enclosure. Then angled my 10 about 30deg from horizontal and at about 45def toward the front and passenger side. Pushing a JL 500/1 and a 450/4 to 2 Diamond Audio Hex 6 1/2 separates in the doors and in the stock tweeter locations, and 2 DA Hex 5 1/4 separates behind the head rests with passive crossovers. It sounded extremely clean and hit very VERY hard. I listen to anything from NWA- Toby Keith- Madonna- Kenny G. It all sounds amazing. I am complimented by many on the quality of the sound. And I didn't give up anything except a space about 12 in (w) X12in (L) X 3in (h) in the trunk/hatch and the changer when in the glove box while the amps went where the stock sub would go.

I can't post pictures on the account that it's all on my garage floor at the moment. I just got my 05 and will be installing it in a few weeks (still working out some new car bugs with the dealership).
