Default DIY: How to remove Dash

Not too hard, only 4 screws holding it in place. I didn't have to deal with a Screen (Stock Navi), I just have an empty cubby so not quite sure on the screen part. I don't have step by step pictures, but I'll try to explain with the pictures I already have.

To access the two bottom screws, Remove shiftknob and stick your hands into shiftboot, and pull upwards, the whole plastic section around the shiftknob should pop out.

The A/C // Heater control wire should be connected in the back. Pull that off carefully, and remove the whole plastic piece. This should expose the two bottom bolts.

The two bolts should be located in this area:

For the two top bolts, you have to take the rubber floor off from inside the cubby, just slide your hands across it, and as your fingers grip, the rubber matt inside should just come right off. After the matt comes off, there should be two little screws holding the latch for the door, you'll see it as soon as the rubber matt comes off.

Unscrew these and remove the whole plastic piece and that will expose the two bolts inside. You'll need a long screwdriver for this, preferrably a magnectic one, so the screw doesn't fall.

Remove those two bolts, With all four bolts taken off the whole dash should just pop out. Pull from the top with one hand and hold the bottom with the other. But do not remove all the way, just pop the top off, because there is a wire connecting to the three gauges.

After you pop the top portion off, reach behind the three gauges, and remove the wire clip. There should only be one on the left side.

After removing this last wireclip, the whole dash should be FREE!!! you can pull it off all the way, and do what you got to do. Hope this helps, sorry about the pictures, just used what I already had on my computer and MSPAINT . GOOD LUCK!
