Default An Advice/Opinion is appreciated

Okay before I get burn at the stake. I have near zero knowledge of sound system. I did my search and a lot of them didn't make sense to me or do I know what they're talking about. I don't know anyone that know sound system very well so I decided to ask for the community for advice/opinion.

A bit about what I am looking for. I have a non-bose system. So far I am okay but I would a better sound but nothing hardcore like 8 tv and 5 amps and 12 speakers. Just a little better. I came across an ad, the seller is selling a Bose kit. The kit is including...

-Bose CD,Tape player,Radio and amp
-2 kick panels (whatever that is)
-1 Subwoofer with metal support
-2 Door speakers with tweeters
-1 Owners Manuel with Case (I don't know why he is including this)
- All the necessary screws I need

Also, my brother gave me an amp a long time ago. I have the specs and uh like I understand what it means. I read (while using the search engine) that I can use an aftermarket amp with the Bose. Do you think I can use this?

My questions are
1. Does it look like a plug and play? A direct plug in?
2. The amp my brother gave me, would that power my speakers? Giving it better performance?
3. Does it look like it came complete? Do I need anything else?
4. What are those wires to the right of the manual?
5. Is that the Bose amp above the subwoofer bracket?

Again thanks for reading.

How much is the seller asking for the Bose system?

I know this isn't one of your questions, but you shouldn't spend money on this system unless you absolutely MUST have the stock Bose look. I have an 05 Touring with the Bose system, and I honestly wouldn't pay extra for it. You would be better off getting a head unit, a set of component speakers, and a 10-inch sub that you can use with your amp. This will sound a whole lot better than the Bose, but isn't particularly hardcore. It may also cost more, depending on what brands you pick and where you buy them from.

Actually it was on eBay and the starting was like $20 I believe. I don't want to pay too much for it. How much would you bid on it MAX?
