Bose amp, how long?

Bose amp, how long?
I had my dealer order the replacement Bose amp on Nov. 20, still haven't received it. How long has it taken for other peoples amps to come in?

If memory serves, I had visited my dealer on a Monday for the amp replacement "inspection". Dealer said fine, they'll order it. Called me on Friday morning that the amp had arrived. Was scheduled for a Monday A.M. install.

Hopefully the slow response could be caused by the number of Z owners that are demanding replacement of their Bose amps.

A bit over a week. That was just a few weeks ago. Time to call and ask what's up.

My replacement parts were ordered November 21. As of last week I was told by my local dealer that they are on back order and they are prioritizing new Z cars in production. Thanks a lot for pre-ordering and waiting 7 months for the car!

I'm still waiting and Ibought my car in October, and told them about the problem before I drove off the lot. Getting close to taking out whole system.

Something is definitely wrong with this picture. Maybe they don't realize that the amp has to be ordered from Clarion - not from Nissan parts.
It only took a few days to get the replacement amp. I would call Nissan directly and ask what's up?

Called Nissan today and they are calling the dealer to figure out what is going on. It's been 44 days so far!
