Default Stock Subwoofer w/ Aftermarket HU ...

Can this be made to work? I want to upgrade to a new sub in the future but I wont have an enclosure for a few months. Since I have everything else ready, I figured I'd get that installed and wired up so that when I get the enclosure I can just pull out the stock sub and go from there ...

Thoughts ?

Go for aftermarket all the way.

Definitely plan to ... but want to know if what I have will work for the month or two before I can get the sub changed out?

It might work. If it sounds horrible you can always disconnect it.

Basically, wanted to see if it was feasible to leave the stock sub in place and connected assuming I changed everything else (HU, fronts, rears, added an amp, etc) ... that way I'd have some sort of sub until I get my stuff in ...
