Default what aux input device to I use??

I have a stock Bose HU ('05 Touring), with 6 disc in dash CD player. I do not have SAT radio and I'm not sure if its SAT ready (the face of the unit has the following buttons- 'CD6' 'tape' radio'). I'd like to play my IPOD thru an aux input device but I'm really confused as to which one will work with my HU. Anyone know? thanks

You could use this: https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video/110740-adding-satellite-to-bose-how-to.html

It would allow up to two devices, a sat receiver and ipod.

If you are looking for easy to install, inexpensive and great reception for a mp3 look at installing a hardwire fm modulator. The sound is identical to your fm and its relaively small (wireless versions are not as clear) Also, if you are concerned with sound quality SAT radio will probably dissapoint you.
