i got a 06 and i notice that many buy the 05 cubby to fit in the lcd screen does anone no if this will work for the 06's

 

You buy the '03 not the '05 cubby for the Farenhiet screens.

 

But the question still remains, does the 03 cubby still fit?

Fits the 03 perfectly as well.

 

I don't know of anyone swapping the '06 out but I doubt that Nissan changed the cubby pocket (again).

 

The 03 cubby won't look right with the bottom portion on the 06's. The quality and feel is inferior in comparison....I wouldn't mess with it

 

i like the 03 cubby vs the 06... because i like that the lid slides back into the cubby, were as the 06 sits up there asking for you to put something ontop it like a book or something

 

yeah i think only 03 and early 04 has the sliding cubby............there are so cool wish i had one

 

Also, keep in mind the finish on the 03 cubby is a slightly different shade than that of 05 and perhaps 06. The 03 cubby lid is more of a gray tone in color versus the 05 which is darker. Again, not sure about 06 but something else to consider.

I went to my local dealer and theyre saying that its 93.00 bux. That seemed kind of high so i checked mynimso.com and courtesyparts.com and no luck. Anyone know a good place where i can get the nav cluster from...Or is that how much it is and i just need to quit being a cheapa$$??

I think I paid about $70 for the 03 cubby.

 

the question is does the 03 cubby fit into the 06? i have the dvdr head unit and the F7000 screen now i need to know if the 03 cubby could fit into the 06 cubby spot if not has anyone install a a screen in a 06 i will pay 100 bucks to some one that would do it for me.

 

I wouldnt worry about the finish. I would shoot both parts to color match them to the cars paint.
