I had this in like a weak after i bought the car. when i took it back to the dealer, they **** their pants. one of the guys was like " That is F*cking awsome" he took pics with his phone and braged to everyone that he sold the car to me. Funny stuff

It sounds great, but it needs more power to the sub. I have a 800 watt Boss amp, which i have had forEVER. but is a 4 channel and NOT bridgable to 800 watts only 400. so my 1500 watt speaker is only getting 400. its under powered. but i am going to sell the amp and speaker. I am going to get an ECLIPSE titantium 10 SW9102 and the ECLIPSE D seris amp to push it. that combo should sound 10x's better.

 

D1 ... nince install .. just wait until you get your car hooked up and go back to that dealer ... they will be drooling!

Please pass on the Eclipse Ti ... they really aren't that great. Give an Adire Bramha or RE XXX a shot ... they will stomp the Ti in both SQ and SPL.

 

If you are under powering your sub that much it can hurt the sub. 1500w sub getting only 400w will not let it cool itself down.

 

Please explain your logic here.
