Default It has Begun!

Day number one of my stereo installation at Tweeter is underway. I should have it back sometime late this week although I do not have a digital camera to document the process. I'll make sure to attend the first major Z meet in the NoVa area that happens after the install is done.

Boston RC620 Fronts
Boston FX6 Rear
Alpine 7894 Amp (with metra Kit)
JL 300/2 Amp
JL 250/1 Amp
Farenheit 7001 LCD
Twin 8" JL Audio Subs in a custom box behind the driver seat

If anyone lives in NoVa with a digicam and wants to get some pics, let me know and we can get some taken sometime. Maybe even this week during the install if you're up for it.

What are you going to hook up the video screen to?

Also, how much (estimate)?

Well I supplied the parts for the most part. Their cost for all the labor, plus the Boston RC620 speakers, the JL subs, and all spacers/wires/dash kits/etc was about $1800 I think.

As for the screen, I will probably have a mini-pc there eventually so I can run NAV/DVD/etc.

The Installation is Finished, and they did an excellent job at tweeter. The sub box behind the seat is incredible. No rattles at all, and the lows it can hit are beyond my expectations. The RC620s play clean and loud and the 7" farenheit fit like a glove. Thanks to Eric at Tweeter in Fairfax for the install and to Skidazzle for the base template of parts. They have a temporary dash kit in there until the Metra shows up next week. I'll post pics as soon as I can steal a camera after the new kit goes in. I hope to see some of you at the next DC/Metro Z gathering!

How much was your final bill for the install, I am looking at getting something similar installed into my enthusiast. I actually am going to the same Tweeter skidazzle went to. Did you end up going with the 8w3v2's?

What pieces did you actually buy from tweeter?

Thanks man and congrats on what sounds like an awesome system!
