I am posting this in hopes of warning anyone who buys the Z-1 from ordering this from certifieddigital.com

I placed my order on the 11th of April at 11:55am, 1x AVIC-Z1 – 1649.00 1x 3 year extended warranty 249.00 and I have yet to receive the product. According to them they shipped on the 12th, they even gave me a USPS tracking number which returns “the package was accepted on April 12th at 11:33am.” It’s been 15 days and no package. The company is located in NY and I am in MD. According to the post office it should have been here last week.

I called them today and told them that if it is not here by Friday (14 business days) they should file a claim with the post office, as I will file a dispute with My CC Company.

The guy “Lee” left a message on my phone saying hey if its not there by Friday well send you out another one ups next week.

I called him back leaving the message, “I don’t think so. I’ll take my refund unless you are going to do something for me on the price considering I have been more than patient.”

The don’t seem to pick up the phone there ever, although there is communication I have never experienced these kinds of problems from an e-commerce site.

Confirmed.

I just tired it yesterday and it works perfectly. I can now program my navi while the car is moving.
