DDX-6019 or DDX 7017? Which one?

DDX-6019 or DDX 7017? Which one?

Which one should i go for? I can't see any differences other than 3 2 volt preouts versus 3 5 volt preouts. Will this make any difference to me. How? Any info will help.. Thank you

You also loose a video input on the DDX6019. The plus side is that the DDX6019 is an 06 model the DDX7017 is last years model. The DDX6019 will also let you do Bluetooth once the adaptor comes out. I have a new DDX6019 for sale in the classifieds take a look.

can you use the DSP with the 6019? I know you cant with the 6017. or does it have the processor built in like the 8017?

Yeah that difference has been holding me back from getting a DDX6019 as well. I have been doing some research on the car audio forums and it seems that the 2v preouts are fine as long as your install does have any noise problems which would be magnified as you need to turn up the gain setting on your amps. I prefer the other features of the newer generation HU including the upcoming optional bluetooth as well as the slightly larger LCD screen.
