You could add GPS using the USP ports and a Garmin EarthMate installing it's software.
I'd want WiFi 802.11g which would use another USB port and mounting an external antenna somewhere discrete.

What looks good from afar is usually far from good. 
It's a low power car PC. Since they don't list *any*
AV specification details, assume it's of marginal quality.
Stay clear until you find a credible positive review.
