Default Grounding question

I am in the process of installing my new stereo (Kenwood DDX-7017). Where is a good place to ground the headunit?

Not that familiar with the Kenwood DDX-7017, but if it plays DVDs and you want to watch while on the move, do not ground using the "Emergency Brake" as your grounding source!

Grounding the unit is different then connecting the emergency brake sensor.

If you look just behind where the triple gauges would be if they were installed in the dash there's a factory dash ground. I use a nice lenght of coax shield for a nice solid RF/power ground.

your deck will also ground just fine with the radio antenna plug-in. i know it sounds wierd but with that hooked up you should be good to go
