Default HELP: Garage Door Opener Install

Sorry for the dumb question, but I just moved and now the Z has a new home with a garage. I have an 03 DB Touring Z, which I bought used, so it didn't come with a manual and I have no idea on how to program my garage door opener button with my garage door. can anyone help? Thanks!!

hold button 1 and 3 down until it flashes to reset it...then hold down button 1 while pressing the opener until it blinks...then if your opener is a code rolling unit hit the learning button on the back of the garage opener and rehit button 1, get a friend btw to make it easier
