Yea so...I plugged it all back in and tested it...worked perfectly. Put my trunk back together, sub box back, amp rack back in. Screwed everything in nicely...plug all wires in, turn the stereo on and bam...amp is instantly pissed off and won't work. Even with no speaker outputs connected it thinks theres a short in them...I've come to the conclusion that the amplifier has ****ed itself over! Now to try and fine the damn sales invoice for a desperate attempt at warranty work...which still puts me several weeks without car audio!!! This sucks so bad!!

If there's an intermittent short on the output of your amp, they usually have a protection circuit that cuts off the amp on audio peaks, then turns on the amp only to cut off again. Turn your audio level way down and see if it continues to play. Your output modules or output wiring maybe intermittent. Check it out.

Email PG Tech support, the guy on the other end will be Erin more than likely. He will be able to help you out. Just describe your problem and explain what you have done to fix it.
