im doing my wiring for my clarion head unit vrx935vd right now and i theres a wire (grass green) it says it for the parking brake??? the wiring harness i have doesn't have that color or a wire for parking brake do i jus leave it?

 

The parking brake doesn't connect to the stock unit so it wouldn't be in your aftermarket wiring harness. You have to run that wire down the center of the transmission tunnel under the center console for connection to the parking brake wire. The headend detects that the car has it's parking brake set before letting you watch DVD's - if you wish to watch DVD's while driving in traffic you could foolishly lift the parking brake one notch or just ground that wire.

When I'm driving I've got better things to watch than television.
