You can do it with any headunit that has rca inputs for audio and video. Apple sells an adapter so you can watch videos and listen on any screen. Thats one way to do it, but not the most effective because you will have to use the ipod to change songs and videos, the controls will not be integrated in the headunit. I have seen a connector that works inconjunction with the headunit and it was advertised to work with the video, but I do not remember which one it was. I would search ebay and yahoo and I sure you will find it.

or you dont really have to buy a adapter if you want to save some money... you can watch your video ipod on the screen.. the tv screen usually has 2 av output/input... 1 for ur dvd and 1 for ur ps2/xbox/etc... but you need a headunit for good sound, unless you getting the all in one tv with dvd/etc...... my first tv project i had to straight wire my sound to its factory speakers it was horrible.. static everywhere...

but i dont have a ipod nor a ipod video.. so i dont know if ipod itself has av output... but if it does you can do what i wrote... =)

Clarion's VRX765VD will soon have an iPod integration adapter that will alow you to watch your videos and listen to them while being able to control it through the headunit.
